1) Template & Image copyrights is owned by me, Valentino Piras.

2) Templates & Images can only be used on online media.

3) Its allowed to use the Images to create Banners or Templates.

4) Its not allowed to sell the images or templates, or let it to third for rent.

5) If use want to use Images & Templates labelled as "Linkware" , you have to build in the linkcode that comes with the images . The linkcode for templates is build in and its not allowed to remove the code !

6) the links musst be indexable by search engines , following methods are not allowed:

• Deny the access in the robots.txt
• Usage of the meta tags "nofollow" & "noindex"
• Tag the link with rel="nofollow"
• Linking by an event handler like onclick
• Display the links through Javascript
• Linking by a redirect script - especially with a 302 redirect!

7) by deleting the links , you have to delete the images & templates immedeatly - In this case the usage of templates & images is not allowed.

8) The usage is allowed for commercial & private Websites

9) There is no right to use my images & templates. I can forbid the usage of images & templates without any reasons

10) Usage of images & templates are on your own risk.
